What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support operations, coordinate projects, and help teams stay organized and productive. I enjoy managing workflows, organizing information, improving processes, and supporting communication initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams in remote environments.

I’m an administrative and communications professional with experience supporting operations, project coordination, content workflows, and remote teams. Throughout my career, I have managed multiple priorities, organized information, coordinated stakeholders, and supported projects from planning to delivery.

In my most recent role at ARCA Sustentabilidade, I managed content calendars, coordinated workflows, handled lead management, maintained process documentation, and supported internal and external communications using tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, Asana, Notion, WordPress, Canva, and CRM platforms.

Previously, I worked as a content writer and editor for international companies, producing SEO-focused articles and research-based content. I also supported content operations and editorial planning for digital projects, including a YouTube channel with more than 1 million subscribers.
