What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine administration and customer support with digital workflows, strong communication, and organization. I want growth through real-world projects—especially where UI/UX thinking and marketing fundamentals matter.

I’m a Marketing student with international experience across customer support, administrative operations, and digital workflows. I delivered customer support through in-person and remote channels, managed documents and contract processing, and improved internal workflow organization while staying highly communication-focused and organized.

Most recently, I’ve supported global B2B partners with high-volume inquiries and maintained service level agreements (SLAs), strengthening my problem-solving, multitasking, and conflict-resolution skills. I’m also building UI/UX capabilities through IBM training and applying tools like Canva and Figma to support clear, user-focused digital work.
