What I'm looking for

I'm looking to solve real business problems by designing, automating, testing, documenting, and supporting practical CRM, analytics, AI, and digital operations systems.

I build practical business systems that turn scattered processes, manual work, and disconnected information into manageable, measurable workflows. My work spans Zoho CRM, analytics, automation, AI-assisted knowledge retrieval, and digital operations.

At New Hope CDC and Creating With The Creator, I developed Zoho Analytics Security & Compliance dashboards and Zoho Desk SLA, incident, and agent-performance reporting. I also support Zoho CRM administration and build client-facing web projects with Lovable.dev.

Through IMTLY Consulting Group and WeADU, I have owned Zoho implementations from requirements through configuration, testing, deployment, documentation, and production support, including a greenfield environment for approximately 50 users. I start with the business problem and deliver systems teams can use in production.
