I'm currently supporting US healthcare accounts at Integrity Healthcare Solutions, where I follow up on outstanding and underpaid claims, call insurance payers, resolve denials, and review EOBs and AR aging reports to support collections.

Across medical billing, accounts receivable, and customer-facing operations, I've handled provider emails, client queries, vendor correspondence, documentation, reconciliation, and end-to-end issue resolution. At Speed Bird Services, I served as the main point of contact between the billing team and clients while analysing denied claims and following up to maximise recovery.

I've also managed customer communication and staff standards as a Managing Partner at Ambica Medical, and delivered accurate, calm service in high-volume café and hotel environments. These roles strengthened my ability to multitask, maintain records, and resolve concerns under pressure.

I'm looking to bring more than eight years of customer-facing and written correspondence experience to a chat or non-voice customer support role in Delhi NCR. I communicate comfortably in English, Hindi, Gujarati, and Sindhi, and adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and SOPs.
