I’m a Network Support and Operations Engineer with 7+ years of experience across enterprise networking, ISP operations, change management, and infrastructure monitoring. I focus on reliable service delivery through strong routing/platform knowledge, disciplined incident response, and SLA-driven operations.

In my current role as a Service Desk Engineer, I provide L1/L2 network support for enterprise users, manage incident and problem workflows, and resolve connectivity issues across TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN, and WAN. I use ServiceNow and Jira to manage ticket lifecycle, support Microsoft 365/SharePoint/Teams, coordinate escalations, and maintain high service availability.

Previously, I worked as a System Engineer for IT Infrastructure Monitoring & Management, monitoring global networks across APAC, EMEA, and US regions. I leveraged Zabbix for availability and performance monitoring, handled real-time alerts/outage resolution, and maintained IP Address Management with Net Box to support continuous network operations.

Earlier in my career, I supported ISP backbone environments through CEN Change Management (NOC) and project engineering work. I configured and validated Cisco routers (ASR903, ASR920, NCS540), performed IOS upgrades/rollback procedures, executed network implementation plans, and supported migrations—helping keep service continuity during maintenance windows.
