What I'm looking for

I'm targeting NOC, network support, and network security roles in an enterprise or product-based environment, where I can apply core network troubleshooting, incident ownership, and multi-vendor operations experience.

I'm currently supporting Nokia Core Network and IP Infrastructure for the Bharti Airtel project at Infinite Computer Solutions, tracing GTP-C, Diameter, and VoLTE failures across the full call-routing path.

I've built and executed tests for node health, interface reachability, and end-to-end traffic flow across OpenShift and Kubernetes deployments. I also support Linux-based operations, upgrades, technical documentation, and junior engineers.

Previously, I owned TAC1 fault resolution for Accenture–Airtel UNOC, supporting global enterprise networks across Cisco, Huawei, Alcatel, and Juniper. I manage incidents through restoration using NMS platforms, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, packet analysis, routing diagnostics, and cross-team escalation.
