I am a network support specialist with over four years of hands-on experience in L1 and L2 NOC and technical support roles, primarily supporting MSP and global customer environments. I have worked on installations, migrations and production networks, and I hold professional training in Cisco CCNA and CCNP Routing and Switching.

My core strengths include troubleshooting multi-vendor firewalls, switches, access points, VPNs and Windows servers/desktops, along with monitoring and remote management of multiple customer sites. I have experience configuring Meraki, FortiGate, SonicWall and Juniper devices, and supporting connectwise products and monitoring portals such as Auvik and Meraki.

I am a collaborative team player who trains and mentors L1 engineers, handles escalations, and delivers project work like firewall configuration, AD/RADIUS integration, VPNs and cloud migrations.
