I've supported enterprise network and security operations at Celsior Technology, Mphasis, Nexpro Systems, Anudip Foundation, and Halzon Services. My work spans Cisco and Arista routing and switching, Palo Alto and Cisco ASA firewalls, data center networking, and Azure connectivity.

At Celsior Technology, I troubleshoot P1 and P2 incidents, restore services, investigate root causes, and support multi-vendor platforms including Cisco, HP/Aruba, Palo Alto, and Juniper. I manage firewall access, security policies, ACLs, NAT, VPNs, Syslog monitoring in Splunk, and network technologies including OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, STP, HSRP, VPC, and LACP.

I've also designed and maintained corporate LANs, configured Fortinet HA, supported SD-WAN and Cisco ACI environments, and worked with Azure VNets, peering, NSGs, UDRs, ExpressRoute, and Network Watcher. I bring a practical production-support mindset grounded in ITIL, change management, capacity planning, and high-availability network operations.
