I'm looking to contribute to large-scale network reliability through 24x7 operations, multi-vendor routing and switching, network security, incident management, and automation.

I've supported network operations at UnifyCX, ACT Fibernet, and Polestar Engineering, monitoring multi-vendor environments and resolving routing, switching, firewall, and connectivity incidents.

At ACT Fibernet, I managed 17,000+ devices across Juniper, Huawei, Nokia, and Cisco platforms with 99% SLA compliance through ServiceNow. I also led firmware upgrades for 12,000 L2/L3 switches, maintaining 99.99% uptime and reducing post-upgrade verification time by 60% through automation.

I've designed and tested disaster recovery failover with a five-member team, achieving an RTO under four hours and 100% data integrity across simulated outages. My work includes BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, VRFs, VPNs, monitoring, vendor coordination, RCA, and change management.
