I'm supporting NCR Corporation’s network environment through HCL Technologies, managing Ivanti Secure VPN, SolarWinds, Cisco routing and switching, wireless infrastructure, and network monitoring tools.
I've delivered Cisco IOS upgrades, SD-WAN and Silver Peak implementations, VPN server upgrades, certificate renewals, host-checker policies, and backup and recovery procedures. I also provide 24x7 customer support across data and voice circuits, routers, switches, WAN devices, and wireless networks.
Previously, I led a 12-member NOC L1 team for NCR, improving escalation processes, managing incident, problem, and RCA workflows, and reporting on SLAs, backlogs, workload, and performance. Across 9+ years, I've supported large-scale global network operations spanning 68 countries.
