What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer support or technical support role where I can resolve customer issues through chat or email, apply my troubleshooting skills, and continue growing in digital marketing and business.

I'm currently supporting Amazon International customers at Alorica through non-voice chat and email channels, resolving queries and helping deliver a smooth customer experience.

Previously at Concentrix, I supported Federal Bank customers with queries, disputes, complaints, and credit-card-related services. I also tutored American school students in English, Science, and Social Studies through chat-based online sessions for two years.

I'm building on my BA in Economics and ongoing General MBA while applying customer support, troubleshooting, digital marketing, Google Ads, and Google Analytics skills.
