At Amazon Development Centre India, I supported international customers across phone, chat, and email channels, troubleshooting listings, inventory, payments and account health.

I am familiar with CRM systems, Outlook, MS Excel, Slack, ticketing tools and seller/vendor portals, and I deliver clear, step-by-step guidance to users. I worked in a blended support environment and consistently provided timely resolutions.

Prior to my e-commerce support role, I served as an admin professional and assistant teacher at a CBSE school, handling administrative tasks and educational support responsibilities. This role strengthened my communication, leadership and presentation skills.
