I’m seeking a dynamic customer service or reception role where I can support operational efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to organizational growth.

At Color Label Ltd, I gather clients’ print specifications and enter job details into EnQuest. I send proofs for approval and track orders through production and delivery.

I work with machine operators and the Quality Control team to address printing errors and client-requested changes. When finished products don’t match approved proofs, I process reprints and issue credit notes.
