What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a full-time opportunity in data operations, production support, AML/compliance technology, or cloud data engineering where I can improve data accuracy, automate controls, resolve complex incidents, and strengthen reliable operational processes.

I've supported global banking and compliance technology at Credit Suisse, Credit Agricole, Tata Consultancy Services, and Wipro, investigating AML data discrepancies, missing alerts, batch failures, and production incidents using SQL, logs, monitoring evidence, and business-rule analysis.

At Tata Consultancy Services, I reduced monthly ticket volume from approximately 800–900 to 150–200 through monitoring improvements, false-alert elimination, automation, and permanent fixes. I also built Python and Excel-based operational dashboards used across six support teams and mentored an eight-member team.

I'm immediately available to return full-time and am strengthening my cloud data-engineering capability through Azure Databricks, Python, and PySpark learning.
