What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a production support or data operations role where I can monitor ETL batch workflows, validate data with SQL, and resolve incidents through strong cross-team collaboration—while protecting SLAs, improving operational reporting, and maintaining high availability.

I’m a Production Support Executive with experience delivering production support and data operations since 2022, working as part of the Data Operations team. I support and monitor Informatica ETL workflows and sessions through daily batch processing to ensure reliable business-critical data delivery.

I strengthen data integrity by performing data validation and root cause analysis with SQL, diagnosing ETL workflow failures, and handling source-to-target mismatches and load issues. I manage production incidents (P1, P2, P3) via ServiceNow, coordinate with Development/DBA/Infrastructure and upstream/downstream teams, and maintain SLA-driven operational reporting.

Beyond troubleshooting, I handle user administration in MicroStrategy, support deployments and change activities, and manage AutoSys job scheduling by reviewing standard output logs to prevent abnormal terminations and max-running issues. I also use Tectia for secure file transfers and UNIX/Linux commands for log analysis to keep production stable and available.
