At The Healing Wiz, I helped build the operating infrastructure that supported growth from around 12 employees to more than 40. I established SOPs, defined functions and accountability, and developed management reporting across accounts, sales, healer operations and overall management.

I partnered with founders and functional leaders on organizational scaling, planning and execution, while leading operations across administration, project management, HR and accounts. I also supported workflow automation and technology integrations using Zoho, DoubleTick, WhatsApp and Pabbly.

I’ve also built and independently operated Value Heal, an e-commerce venture focused on semi-precious stones, crystals and wellness products. Earlier, I worked across revenue reporting, CEO-office strategy and banking operations, including credit, compliance and branch management.
