Previously, I worked as a Sales & Marketing Specialist in the luxury jewelry industry, where I advised customers on luxury jewelry, gold, gemstones, and premium accessories. I supported brand promotion across communication channels, educated customers on craftsmanship and brand heritage, and used market research to recommend business development strategies.

I also managed CPH Coffee Store operations, including inventory and purchasing, revenue/expense monitoring, and compliance with hygiene and quality requirements. I’m passionate about AI and technology, with practical experience using AI tools and evaluating AI-generated content, and I bring a detail-oriented, adaptable, high-quality mindset to every role.
