Customer Service Representative using CIMA studies, Excel analysis, and strategic thinking to drive business analytics decisions.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Customer Service Representative bringing client-handling experience, analytical thinking, and presentation skills into business analytics and strategic decision-making. Through my work supporting U.S. consumer credit card accounts, I’ve strengthened my ability to interpret data, solve complex issues, and communicate clearly.
At Synchrony Financials, I handled highly sensitive credit-related matters while analyzing and resolving discrepancies in credit records. I worked in a high-volume, metric-driven environment, balancing customer experience with business requirements while ensuring compliance with U.S. regulations.
Alongside my customer support experience, I’ve built confidence in training and communication. During my Voice 4 Girls internship, I designed and delivered interactive sessions on menstrual health, hormonal changes, women’s rights, and higher education opportunities—helping participants dispel myths and make informed decisions.
Academically, my coursework in Financial Management, Business Analytics, and Strategic Management (including a capstone comparing SIP vs. bulk investments on returns and risk) aligns with how I like to work: understand the numbers, evaluate trade-offs, and explain insights in a structured way. I’ve also demonstrated leadership as a class representative and through peer mentoring in high-pressure situations.
