I’m an HR Generalist with 2+ years of experience building and managing end-to-end HR operations—recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement—for teams of 30–60+ employees. I’m known for designing HR systems from scratch in fast-paced startup environments while improving employee experience through tech-driven HR processes and strong cross-functional partnerships.

At The Nth Bit Labs, I own end-to-end HR operations for a 30+ member organization, building systems and policies from the ground up. I designed attendance, payroll, and stakeholder communication systems to improve process accuracy and turnaround time, and I drive recruitment lifecycle work from sourcing to offer in partnership with department heads.

I also lead employee engagement strategy through internal events, team-building initiatives, and culture programs to improve participation and retention, while coordinating cross-functional scrum calls as a central point of execution between HR, operations, and leadership. My background includes HR & Employee Engagement work for a 60+ member organization and earlier experience as a Software Engineer, which strengthens how I approach HRIS, data, and structured testing of processes.
