I've supported employee lifecycle operations, recruitment, performance management, and policy rollout at YRGCARE, a healthcare and research organization operating across 900+ sites and 400+ locations in India.
At YRGCARE, I supported 1,500+ employees, built recruitment dashboards and HR reporting, standardized onboarding, and improved performance-management governance through clear timelines, training materials, and stakeholder guidance. I also partnered with project leaders, payroll, IT, and the CXO office to align people operations with business priorities.
