At WowPe, I independently manage end-to-end hiring and core HR operations in a fast-paced SaaS/startup environment. I partner directly with leadership to build scalable people practices, resolve employee concerns, and support a positive, high-performing work culture.

I've hired across technical and business functions, including product management, .NET, Angular, full-stack development, Azure cloud architecture, security, UI/UX, finance, sales, and banking. I also own onboarding, HR policies and SOPs, statutory compliance, employee records, vendor coordination, quarterly performance reviews, 360-degree feedback, and HR audits.

Previously at NexusRize Solutions, I led recruitment projects across FinTech, EdTech, InsurTech, SaaS, e-commerce, HealthTech, IT Services, and BFSI. I built proactive talent pipelines, improved sourcing and offer-closure processes, tracked recruitment metrics, and mentored junior recruiters.

My experience at Tata nexarc and Pragati Engineering Management Services strengthened my payroll, HRBP, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement capabilities. I use Power BI and Excel dashboards to turn headcount, attrition, recruitment, and workforce data into useful leadership insights.
