I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end HR operations and talent acquisition—covering recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, global coordination, and hiring analytics. I want a process-driven team that values confidentiality, SOPs, and measurable outcomes.

I’m an HR Generalist with experience spanning HR operations and full-cycle global recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles. I handle JD drafting, recruitment data management, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and pre-onboarding across multiple countries.

I also manage day-to-day HR operations like attendance tracking, leave management, employee records, HR documentation, onboarding and offboarding, exit documentation, and final settlements. From configuring an ATS to building hiring dashboards with Excel and Power BI, I focus on structured processes, confidentiality, and audit-ready HR reporting.
