What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in HR Analytics while continuing to lead talent acquisition, HR operations, HRIS/ATS administration, workforce reporting, and data-driven people decision support.

At Mobulous Technologies, I drive end-to-end HR operations for a growing technical workforce, managing 15–25 active hiring requirements each month from Boolean sourcing through offer closure.

I've supported recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee documentation, attendance and leave management, and statutory compliance across Mobulous Technologies, Jellyfish Technologies, and Vas Ventures. I maintain employee data in Keka and Zimyo and prepare HR MIS covering headcount, attrition, and workforce metrics.

I'm building applied HR Analytics capability through XLRI's Executive Development Program, focused on HR metrics, KPIs, and translating people data into decision support.
