What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end HR operations for scaling teams—driving full-cycle recruiting, payroll, compliance, and employee relations—while partnering with leadership to build processes that stay accurate and fast.

I’m an HR Generalist with 5+ years of experience leading end-to-end HR operations across India and US workforces. I’m currently the sole HR lead for a US-based healthcare analytics startup, owning recruitment, multi-country payroll, compliance, and employee relations end-to-end.

I build scalable HR processes in fast-moving environments—standardizing documentation, policies, and templates from the ground up. I partner closely with leadership and adjacent functions to ensure HR execution stays aligned with business priorities and growth.

My day-to-day impact spans full-cycle recruitment (workforce planning through onboarding), complete employee lifecycle management (onboarding/offboarding, performance reviews, exits), and employee relations including grievances, attrition management, and PIPs. I also coordinate H1B visa registration and documentation with external immigration counsel.

I bring hands-on operational strength across payroll and finance-adjacent workflows, running monthly multi-country payroll on Gusto and Keka HRMS and supporting P&L preparation, client invoicing, receivables management, and budgeting discussions using QuickBooks. I’m known for accuracy, ownership, and getting critical HR work done on time.
