I am a highly motivated and driven individual with a strong passion for customer service and teamwork. My recent experience as a Call Transfer Agent at BlueGreen Vacations allowed me to hone my skills in communication and customer engagement, where I successfully assisted guests in signing up for promotions while ensuring their information was accurately processed. I also took the initiative to contribute to the training department, rewriting scripts to enhance the learning experience for new agents.

Prior to that, I served as a Bar Manager at El Kiosko, where I was responsible for the overall operations of the bar, including curating the drink menu and training new bartenders. My commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences was evident as I maintained a clean and welcoming environment while managing inventory and cash transactions. My ability to adapt and lead in fast-paced settings has been a key factor in my success.
