What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support founders or growing teams where I can build clear operational systems, coordinate priorities, and make execution more consistent.

Startups move fast, and the operational layer often can't keep up. I build the systems that let it.

As Executive Assistant to a tech startup Regional Director and through contracted operations work with a SaaS startup, I've designed workflows, coordinated cross-functional execution, and created structure that let leaders focus on strategy instead of logistics; using tools like Notion, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, and Google Workspace.

I'm not looking for a role that keeps me busy. I'm looking for a growing startup or a fast-paced agency where operational clarity is a real bottleneck, and where someone who thinks in systems, not just tasks, can make an outsized difference.

Open to Administrative Operations, Coordinator, and Executive Support roles at early-to-growth-stage startups.
