I'm an Executive Assistant who supports founders, executives, and small business owners who need someone reliable to run the behind-the-scenes of their day. My job is to take things off my clients' plates so they can focus on what actually needs their attention.

I'm big on communication and follow-through. If I say I'll handle something, I handle it, and I keep clients updated without them having to ask. I've worked across different time zones and cultures, so I'm used to adapting my communication style and staying organized even when priorities shift fast.

What I enjoy most is the problem-solving side of this work: figuring out a system that saves someone hours a week, catching things before they become issues, or making a messy inbox manageable again. I care about doing the job well, not just checking boxes.

I work across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Outlook, Excel), Airtable, Zendesk, project tools like Asana, Trello, or Notion for task tracking, and travel platforms like Expedia and TripIt for booking and itinerary management. I pick up new tools fast, so if a client has their own system in place, I adapt to it rather than asking them to change how they work.
