What I'm looking for
I spent 4 years in B2B sales selling building materials and OEM manufacturing services to U.S. contractors and procurement teams. That work taught me how revenue actually moves through a business pipelines, conversion patterns, customer behavior, and what makes the difference between a deal that closes and one that goes cold.
Over the past year I've been formalizing that business intuition with analytics tools: SQL (CTEs, window functions, conditional aggregation), Power BI, Excel, and Tableau. I recently completed a full SQL case study diagnosing a 20% revenue decline across a 31,047-row e-commerce dataset, identifying that women customers across every age group dropped 22-30% while men dropped only 5-8%. The findings sized a Rs.2M annual recovery opportunity through targeted reactivation.
I'm now looking for my first analyst role Sales Operations Analyst, Revenue Operations Analyst, Junior Data Analyst, or BI Analyst at a company that wants someone who can both crunch data AND understand what it means for the business.
