I’m looking for a remote customer support role where I can own ticket resolution, deliver strong phone/email support, document in CRM systems, and improve retention—working with recognized support tools and clear escalation paths.

I’m a Customer Service Representative with 2+ years of experience delivering remote and phone-based customer support across telecom and virtual operations environments. I’ve proven strength in inbound and outbound communication, CRM documentation, ticket resolution, and customer retention, with a focus on aligned support workflows for remote customer support roles.

In my current role with Globacom Nigeria Ltd, I handle high volume enquiries, complaints, product clarifications, account updates, and service issue resolution.
