I’m a Customer Service Representative with over 2 years of experience supporting local and international customers in fully remote environments, across phone, email, live chat, and CRM channels. In my current role, I handle 60+ customer interactions and resolve 40+ support tickets daily through Zendesk, while maintaining a 95% Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score. I’m experienced in resolving complaints, troubleshooting product issues, and escalating complex cases when needed, always with a focus on empathy and clear communication.

I’m proficient in Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Freshdesk, and Intercom, and I’ve worked to keep customer records accurate and up to date, which has directly improved follow-up efficiency for my team. Before this, I worked as a Customer Sales Representative, managing inbound and outbound calls, helping customers choose products that fit their needs, and preparing sales and activity reports.
