What I'm looking for
I am an IT specialist trained in application development with hands-on experience in C#, Microsoft Visual Studio, Azure AD, DevOps, and database development. I couple technical troubleshooting skills with strong client-facing experience gained across technical support and customer service roles.
My background includes working as a technical customer consultant and advisor for major clients, handling ticket systems (Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Sabio), password and account management, software setup, and detailed technical documentation. I have experience in phone and written support, escalation to second level, and preparing tickets for onsite hardware service.
I bring a service-oriented mindset, proven sales and team-training experience, and a completed retraining program as an IT specialist for application development (Final Grade: 2.4). I am looking to apply my technical and customer-facing strengths in an application development or technical support role.
