What I'm looking for
I’m an IT Support Specialist and help desk technician-in-training, pivoting from a B.Engr in Civil Engineering and years of cross-border operations. Over time, I’ve built a reputation for clear, calm communication and a methodical approach to troubleshooting—exactly what great customer-facing support requires.
My hands-on customer support foundation comes from managing a cross-border e-commerce operation since 2015, where I handled end-to-end customer needs like order management, complaint resolution, and delivery assurance. Teaching roles also strengthened my ability to break down complex ideas simply, adapt to diverse needs, and de-escalate conflicts in high-pressure moments.
To deepen my technical credibility, I’m actively progressing through Google’s IT Support and Cybersecurity programs and completing related coursework (in progress).
