What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a people-focused role where I can support recruitment, onboarding, team engagement, and data-informed HR operations while growing in organizational psychology, people analytics, and workplace mental health.

I've supported NUST Alumni Homecoming, Accountability Labs, and the International Conference on Artificial Intelligence through sponsorship outreach, participant onboarding, recruitment, and event operations. I coordinated registration for 500+ participants, reached out to 1,000+ alumni, and recruited and onboarded technical operations and registration teams.

As a Psychology student at NUST, I designed and executed a mindfulness and memory study with 250+ participants, using quantitative data collection and analysis. I'm interested in organizational psychology, people analytics, assessment tools, workplace mental health, and behavioral decision-making in people management.
