Valeria Gómez

I’m an Operations and Program Management professional with 7+ years of experience supporting global enterprise operations, client programs, and contingent workforce management. In my current role with AgileOne, I support a large Federal Reserve contingent workforce program, serving as a primary point of contact for multiple client accounts and working closely with clients, suppliers, recruiters, hiring managers, procurement, finance, and internal teams.

My experience spans client relationship management, program operations, VMS administration, SAP Ariba, requisition and talent workflows, reporting, billing and purchase order processes, stakeholder coordination, and issue resolution. I’m also a system administrator and subject matter expert for our VMS, helping troubleshoot technical issues, improve configurations and workflows, and support integrations between systems.

A significant part of my work is focused on process improvement. I create SOPs, training materials, reports, and process documentation to make complex workflows easier to understand and more efficient. I’ve also developed reporting solutions to improve visibility into purchase order funding and help replace manual tracking processes. I regularly lead client meetings, provide training to managers and suppliers, and help implement process changes across multiple teams.

I enjoy work that sits at the intersection of people, processes, and technology. I’m particularly interested in Operations, Program Management, Customer Success, Business Operations, and Systems/Process Optimization roles where I can use my organizational, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills without needing to be a software developer.

I’m bilingual in English and Spanish and comfortable working independently with distributed and international teams. I’m specifically interested in fully remote opportunities with companies that value ownership, continuous improvement, strong communication, and operational excellence.
