I’m looking for an operations role where I can own multi-system accuracy, build SOPs and workflows, and partner cross-functionally to improve execution quality and customer outcomes through clear documentation and continuous improvement.

I’m an Operations Coordinator with 4+ years ensuring accuracy across CRM records, billing, scheduling, and cross-functional workflows in fast-paced, remote environments. I’m systems-minded and bilingual (Spanish/English), and I’m at my best owning day-to-day operational execution with minimal supervision—especially when multiple moving parts need to stay aligned.
