I've led regional CRM strategy at NDA across EEU markets, building lifecycle programs that improve player engagement, retention, and lifetime value. I manage onboarding, retention, VIP progression, and reactivation journeys while tracking deposits, wagering, LTV, GGR, and campaign ROI.

At Growe, I developed CRM strategies for casino and sportsbook brands in Brazil and Argentina. I planned promotional calendars and gamification initiatives, created data-driven campaign segments, and built automated retention funnels.

My CRM work includes conversion, retention, and reactivation campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and onsite messaging. I use A/B and multivariate testing, behavioral segmentation, bonus mechanics, and performance reporting to improve engagement and conversion.

Earlier, I managed consumer experience projects at Philip Morris Armenia and product content for Vbet at Softconstruct. My background also includes sales, customer support, business development, marketing analysis, and cross-functional work with marketing, product, BI, design, development, and commercial teams.
