I am looking for a hands-on or leadership performance marketing role where I can optimize ROAS/CAC/LTV, lead hybrid teams, run continuous testing, and scale profitable customer acquisition.

I am a hands-on performance marketing manager who combines Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping), Meta and SEO with FeedOps, CRO, GTM and GA4 to turn ad spend into predictable revenue for both DTC and B2B businesses.

I have led in-house and hybrid teams, set KPIs, vendor scorecards and QBRs, and built clear dashboards for ROAS/CAC/LTV.
