Sole engineer and engineering lead for a multi-product insurance platform integrated with Moldova’s banking and government digital-state stack, covering mobile, web, customer cabinet, insurer portals, and backend services. Owned architecture, infrastructure, releases, mobile app build, integrations with carrier APIs, product launches, AI support agent, and reliability/testing.

Rescued seed-stage AI-generated MVPs by diagnosing issues, fixing code, and shipping to App Store/Play Store/production. Built and hardened products, patched security issues, replaced billing with Stripe, integrated RevenueCat, and supported AI tooling for internal firm use.

Shipped Facebook Dynamic Product Ads end-to-end by designing and building infrastructure to auto-generate creative across large product catalogs. Improved performance, introduced unit testing, migrated authentication to OIDC, built a code-review automation bot, and supported production on-call rotation.

Founded and owned firmware, hardware bring-up, and color-science work for smart RGBWW lightbars and a wireless dial controller. Built production-ready C++ firmware and a LVGL-based controller UI, supported an OpenCV-based auto-adjust prototype, and contributed to launch and PCB/component decisions before transitioning to advisory.

Led engineering for an edtech childcare and sleep school platform for 3+ years, supporting major growth and funding milestones. Built an operations CRM, shipped a React Native parent app integrated with hardware sleep aids, led hardware R&D, and developed early AI features for chatbots and text summarization.

Training students for informatics contests and Olympiads in Chișinău, Moldova.

Co-founded the company and set technical direction and engineering culture from day one. Owned end-to-end project lifecycles, grew the team to 15+ developers, established an internship program, and implemented CI/CD and cross-platform delivery to reduce client time-to-market and cost.

Built and maintained a PHP billing system integrated with Wirecard, Braintree, and PayPal. Developed Node.js + PostgreSQL mass-email tooling and shipped a mobile-first lead-capture app on Angular 2, Ionic 2, and Node.js.

Built a microservice platform for high-volume eCommerce review analysis with NLP and Google AI-powered features. Designed the system to handle millions of requests daily.

Architected Moldova’s first fully digital, automated insurance platform with real-time policy issuance via a government registry and local payment integrations. Built with React/Next.js on Google Cloud Platform.

Shipped an offline-first industrial-maintenance mobile app across iOS, Android, and Windows with custom sync/cache behavior for field reliability.
