At Fundvis, I lead a roughly 10-person engineering team building a regulated fintech platform for institutional clients. I refactored four core modules out of a legacy monolith while keeping production clients stable, and raised backend test coverage from 0% to about 80%.
I also built the delivery baseline at Fundvis, including PR-gated CI/CD pipelines, code review standards, and monitoring designed for a regulated environment. On the AI side, I architected the Laravel layer of an AWS Bedrock agent, including SSE streaming and conversation persistence.
As CTO of Naypp, I owned technical decisions for a location-based social app with 10K users and achieved 99.99% uptime on AWS. I redesigned its feed ranking around multiple signals and hardened public endpoints against recurring cyberattacks.
At HypeIT Agency, I co-founded the agency and owned technical delivery for 10+ clients, building platforms including Alliansen and Eduland. Earlier, I delivered 30+ ERP, CRM, and PIM integrations at Memo and built Trevanna Tracks at Xivic Inc.
