At Young Smart Academy, I’m the sole developer of the company’s CRM, backend, and mobile app. I built a shared inbox for Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Telegram, with real-time sync and cross-channel customer matching.
I’ve strengthened the backend by reducing anonymously callable database functions, fixing access-control vulnerabilities, and securing payment functions. I also rebuilt Google Meet attendance syncing so its results determine lesson billing and teacher payments.
On the product side, I develop the CRM and rebuilt its finance reporting around teacher cost and margin, debt, and deferred revenue. I shipped the company’s Expo and React Native app to the App Store and Google Play, adding teacher homework, a calendar, and push notifications.
Earlier, as a Data Analysis Intern at MAIB, I automated weekly reporting and built an ETL to migrate accounting data from Excel into SQL Server. For Synaps, I built the speech and AI component of an offline meeting-minutes system that placed second in the Medpark challenge at Gigahack 2026.
