What I'm looking for

A remote Engineering Manager, Head of Engineering or Delivery Manager role in a product company. I want to lead several teams, own delivery and the roadmap, and help teams adopt AI in development. Open to full-time or contract work in European time zones.

At a telecom equipment manufacturer, I lead two engineering teams developing GSM controller software. I scaled the engineering organization from 7 to 22 specialists and reduced defects by 30% while the volume of work doubled.

I’m developing the AI Engineering direction, building agents and tools for code review, test generation, feature context, and architecture workflows. Earlier, at a bank, I built two web applications for the Fraud Monitoring system as the primary developer and helped build two engineering teams for a high-load Anti-Fraud platform. I’m also the author of a three-book series “AI Engineering for Developers” covering context and agent engineering, agentic systems, and agent skills.
