At WNS Global Service, I supported Suncorp Insurance in Australia across multiple operational platforms, managing client profiles, documentation, access, user roles, and policy administration.

I completed a bulk transfer of 250 policies in one day for an onshore client and earned direct feedback for the turnaround. I also facilitated agency transfers, resolved policy errors through audit applications, processed workers’ compensation payments, and acted as a liaison between Australian clients and internal teams.

Previously, at Angel Capital, I managed banking products and personal and business accounts while supporting tailored financial and investment guidance. I’m looking to bring my cross-border operations experience, accuracy, and remote communication skills to a remote operations role.
