What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an insurance operations, client support, or policy administration role where I can manage renewals, insurer coordination, documentation, and international client servicing.

I'm currently supporting corporate general insurance operations at InsuranceMarket.ae, coordinating insurer quotes, policy placement, renewals, KYC and AML checks, documentation, endorsements, and invoicing.

Previously at Willis Towers Watson, I managed general insurance renewals for international clients and worked with UK stakeholders across liability, motor, travel, marine, property, casualty, and hired-in plant coverage. I prepared renewal questionnaires, requested and negotiated insurer terms, created market presentations, and issued confirmations of cover and renewal invoices.

My earlier portfolio management experience at Sundaram Business strengthened my client data management, transaction processing, reconciliation, and discrepancy-resolution skills.
