At WNS Global Services Pvt. Ltd., I run the Agency Services lifecycle for a leading US insurer, covering Appointment, License Update, License Renewal, Termination and Policy Transfer across P&C and Motor Insurance.

I manage queues and daily work allocation, handle escalations and urgent client requests, and use root-cause analysis to address issues. I also review CSAT feedback and share recommendations with stakeholders.

I train new hires across lines of business and deliver refresher sessions for bottom-quartile performers. I publish daily reports and dashboards, contribute to weekly and monthly performance decks, and support internal audits and error counselling.

Earlier at WNS Global Services Pvt. Ltd., I reviewed and processed life protection and pension policies for a leading UK and European insurance company, including retirement-benefit calculations, policy alterations and payment-related activities. I hold a Master’s in Computer Science and received WNS RnR recognition including Game Changer and Rising Star.
