I’m a detail-oriented, results-driven Back Office Senior Associate with 6+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance processing. I focus on accurate underwriting-document review, regulatory compliance, and maintaining policy records within defined SLAs.

In my current role at WNS Global Services Pvt. Ltd., I manage end-to-end insurance policy processing across New Business, Renewals, and Endorsements in line with underwriter instructions. I’ve worked extensively on AXA Equitable and Equivest (Non-Monetary) business lines, processing high-volume transactions through the TPX tool.

I bring strong analytical skills in data validation, reconciliation, and documentation management, including changes to address, name, beneficiary, DOB, and SSN. I also provide floor support, assist with team queries, and train juniors on insurance processing using TPX—always aiming to improve process efficiency and quality control.
