What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer support, trust and safety, fraud investigation, or B2B sales role where I can resolve high-volume customer issues, use CRM systems, meet SLA targets, and support international customers.

I've supported customers across U.S. and Canadian markets through live chat, email, fraud investigation, and B2B sales.

At Ibex on the SquareTrade account, I reviewed potential fraud, suspicious activity, and policy violations within Trust & Safety. I used Salesforce to document case findings, manage customer data, and make sound decisions on sensitive, high-risk cases.

On the Ibex Walmart account, I handled concurrent live chats covering orders, payments, refunds, deliveries, returns, and account issues while meeting SLA targets.

I've also managed the B2B sales cycle for POS systems, from lead qualification through closing, while building knowledge of payment processing and merchant services.
