What I'm looking for

I’m looking to contribute my experience in sales, customer service, CRM operations, recruitment, Microsoft Office tools, Excel-based reporting, and escalation management to a growth-oriented organization while developing my skills and taking on greater responsibilities.

At IBEX, I handle complex customer escalations, provide resolutions, and support frontline teams with challenging customer interactions and process-related concerns.

In my current SME role on the Escalation Desk, I take calls involving advanced problem-solving and help maintain service quality and effective customer communication.

Previously at IBEX, I worked in customer support and B2B sales for American campaigns. I handled customer inquiries, made outbound calls to prospects, used CRM systems to manage leads and interactions, and was recognized as a Top Performer at site level.

At University of South Asia, I supported recruitment activities and candidate communication. I hold a BBA (Hons.) from University of South Asia and use Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, for data handling, reporting, and tracking.
