What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead learning enablement, product training, and onboarding programs where I can improve adoption, build effective learning content, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

I'm currently delivering virtual and classroom learning programs at Sutherland Global Services, where I support new-hire onboarding, specialized product training, and operational readiness for complex client environments.

Previously at Hinduja Global Solutions, I served as a Process Trainer and Subject Matter Expert, delivering product workflows, CRM utilization, and customer engagement training. I also identified operational friction points and created micro-learning interventions, refresher sessions, and updated process collateral.

At Firstsource Global Solutions, I designed interactive learning assets, coaching modules, process playbooks, and self-paced digital content while tracking learner progress against target KPIs.
