At Pet King Brands, I own eCommerce and business-systems enhancements across Shopware, Fishbowl ERP, Salesforce, Klaviyo, analytics, and customer-facing systems. I partner with executive leadership and 50+ stakeholders to prioritize digital transformation initiatives and deliver validated releases.
I've redesigned Fishbowl–Shopware inventory synchronization, automated refund and cancellation workflows, and managed integrations across ERP, CRM, marketing, analytics, tax, payments, and merchant platforms. I'm also driving Shopify migration planning, ERP modernization discussions, and 3PL evaluation efforts.
