Handled issue triage, root-cause analysis, and data-quality checks, turning unclear production symptoms into reproducible evidence and concise technical handovers.

Automated UAT and regression coverage for an enterprise application spanning ITSM, SAM, CMDB, and GDPR-related workflows, combining UI automation with direct backend-data validation. Used SQL Server, T-SQL, and PL/SQL to trace workflow failures and data inconsistencies, and built reusable CTE-based SQL validation queries.
